Jeff Kutcher began Prestige Home Builders, Inc. over 10 years ago with the goal of giving back to the community. He was born and raised in this area and played a major role in developing the Raymore community. Jeff has built lasting relationships with his subcontractors which, in turn, assure his clients will have the service they should expect during their home building process. Being a hands-on builder, with two full-time superintendents, has allowed Jeff to take an active role in the planning and building of your new home. He is a member of the Home Builders Association, Better Business Bureau, Raymore Chamber of commerce, and the National Federation of Independent Business.
